Giclee is a French term meaning "spray of ink."
A fine art giclee print is a reproduction created from a digital scan of a painting. Water based inks were used with the ColorSpan Giclee Printmaker FA ink jet printer to create deep saturated colors that retain the details, subtle blends and tints of my original watercolors. These prints are printed with ColorSpan inks on Somerset Velvet archival watercolor paper and represent the highest quality and longevity available in digital printing.
